Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a consultation, enrolling in any programme, or purchasing products through cassandrahilton.com. By engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About This Practice

Cassandra Hilton (ABN) is a clinical naturopath and Western herbalist operating under the business name Cassandra Hilton Health and Wellness. Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and is an accredited member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).

Services are delivered in-clinic at 10 Yirawala Street, Ngunnawal ACT 2913 (from October 2026) and via telehealth across Australia and New Zealand.

2. Consultation Bookings

2.1 Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment or a valid payment method has been provided and you have received a confirmation email from Cliniko. Appointments are not held without confirmation.

2.2 Cancellation and rescheduling policy

48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a consultation without charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice but more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled once without penalty. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the consultation fee.

Notice must be provided by email to health@cassandrahilton.com or by phone on 0402 206 066. Notice is considered received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST). Messages left outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

We understand that genuine emergencies arise. Cancellation fees may be waived at Cassandra's discretion in the case of a documented medical emergency or bereavement. This is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

2.3 Late arrivals

If you arrive late to an in-person or telehealth appointment, the session will conclude at the originally scheduled end time. The full consultation fee is charged regardless of late arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late to an initial consultation, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply.

2.4 Telehealth appointments

Telehealth consultations are conducted via video call (Zoom or similar). It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection, a private space, and a working camera and microphone. Technical difficulties on the client's end do not entitle the client to a refund or reschedule without charge.

3. Fees & Payment

3.1 Consultation fees

Current consultation fees are listed on cassandrahilton.com/contact and in the Cliniko booking system. Fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Fees are subject to change; the fee applicable is that listed at the time of booking.

3.2 Pathology and prescription administration fee

Requests for repeat supplement prescriptions made outside of a scheduled consultation will incur an administration fee of AUD $49.00. This fee applies to existing patients only and is not available to new patients. Administration requests are processed within 3 business days. I can not provide a referral for pathology outside of a scheduled consultation.

This fee is charged to cover the clinical time required to review your case history, assess the appropriateness of the request, and generate the relevant documentation. Payment is required in advance of the referral or prescription being issued.

Examples of requests that attract this fee include: requests for pathology referrals between consultations; requests to reissue a supplement prescription; requests to add additional supplements to an existing protocol without a consultation.

3.3 Payment methods

Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer as available through Cliniko. Payment for telehealth consultations is required at the time of booking. Payment for in-person consultations is required on the day of the appointment.

3.4 Health fund rebates

Cassandra Hilton is an ATMS-accredited naturopath. Many private health funds provide rebates for naturopathic consultations under the Extras component of your policy. It is your responsibility to confirm rebate eligibility with your health fund prior to your appointment. Cliniko receipts are provided upon request for rebate claims. We do not guarantee that any rebate will be available or that any particular amount will be reimbursed.

3.5 Overdue payments

Any consultation fees or administration fees that remain unpaid after 14 days will be referred for debt recovery. Interest may be charged on overdue amounts at the rate of 10% per annum, calculated daily from the due date.

4. Digital Products & Programmes 

4.1 The Skin From Within Blueprint™

Purchase of The Skin From Within Blueprint™ or any other digital programme from cassandrahilton.com constitutes agreement to these terms. Digital programmes are non-transferable and may not be shared, reproduced or resold.

4.2 Access period

Programme access is granted for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Access will not be extended beyond this period without payment of an access renewal fee.

4.3 Refund policy for digital products

A 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to digital programmes. To be eligible for a refund, you must: (a) have completed Module 1 and the associated workbook in full; (b) submit your refund request in writing to health@cassandrahilton.com within 14 days of purchase; and (c) provide brief feedback on why the programme is not suitable for you. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

No refund is available after 14 days of purchase, after completion of more than one module beyond Module 1, or where the programme content has been downloaded or shared.

4.4 Intellectual property

All programme content — including video lessons, workbooks, recipes, guides and written materials — is the intellectual property of Cassandra Hilton. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal health education. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense or create derivative works from any programme content.

5. Ocinium Skincare Products

Products purchased through ocinium.com are subject to the terms and conditions of Ocinium's separate Terms of Service, available at ocinium.com. For skincare product enquiries, contact hello@ocinium.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Cassandra Hilton's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for: any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage; any loss of income, profit or business opportunity; any damage resulting from your failure to follow our recommendations or to disclose relevant health information; any adverse reactions to supplements recommended in general educational content (as opposed to individually prescribed supplements).

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, including any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded.

7. Your Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

1.  Provide accurate, complete and current health information at all times.

2.  Disclose all medications, supplements, and health conditions — including mental health conditions — to Cassandra prior to and during consultations.

3.  Inform Cassandra immediately if your health circumstances change in a way that may affect your treatment protocol.

4.  Continue to see your GP and any specialist practitioners as recommended. Naturopathic care is complementary to, not a replacement for, medical care.

5.  Not rely solely on naturopathic advice for the management of a diagnosed medical condition without the concurrent oversight of a medical practitioner.

6.  Seek emergency medical care immediately if you experience symptoms that may indicate a medical emergency. Do not contact this practice in an emergency — call 000.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published at cassandrahilton.com/terms-conditions with the effective date noted. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
