Consultation types
& fees
All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Cassandra is ATMS-accredited — many private health funds provide rebates for naturopathic consultations. Check with your fund prior to booking. Cliniko receipts provided for rebate claims.
The most thorough way to work through a complex or multi-system health presentation. This package includes your Initial Consultation and two scheduled Return Consultations (45 minutes each), ensuring the protocol has adequate time to develop, be tested and be refined. At your initial appointment, Cassandra will schedule your return visits directly.

For new clients who prefer to start with a single appointment. A comprehensive intake covering your full health history, existing pathology, symptoms, diet, lifestyle and goals. Includes a written treatment plan.
For existing clients. Brief follow-up for prescription refills, short protocol reviews or single-issue check-ins.
For existing clients. Standard return appointment — test results, protocol update and progress review.
For existing clients. Extended return appointment for complex case reviews, comprehensive result interpretation or multi-system presentations.
Pathology & prescription administration fee — $49
Requests for pathology referrals, repeat pathology requests or supplement prescriptions made outside of a scheduled consultation attract an administration fee of AUD $49. This applies to existing patients only and covers the clinical time required to review your case and generate the documentation. Payment required in advance. Processing within 3 business days.

Cancellation &
appointment policies
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a consultation without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 100% of the consultation fee. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours may be rescheduled once without penalty.

Following the Discovery Call, new clients may book either a standalone Initial Consultation ($340, 60 min) or the Consultation Package ($610 — Initial + 2 × Return Consultations). Return consultations are for existing clients only.
Requests for pathology referrals, repeat pathology requests or supplement prescriptions made outside of a scheduled consultation incur an administration fee of AUD $49. Existing patients only. Payment required before processing. Allow 3 business days.
Digital programmes carry a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Participants must complete Module 1 and submit a written refund request within 14 days of purchase. No refund is available after 14 days or upon completion of more than one module beyond Module 1.
The Longevity Blueprint $500 enrolment deposit is non-refundable. The i-screen test fee ($1,099) is non-refundable once ordered.
