Every consultation follows the same rigorous structure — because getting to the root cause takes depth, not speed.
A thorough 60–90 minute intake covering your full health history, symptoms, lifestyle, existing pathology, and goals. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
Where warranted, I order functional pathology, microbiome analysis, genetic panels, or hormone mapping — to find what standard medicine's reference ranges missed.
A complete, written treatment plan: nutrition, herbal medicine, supplements, lifestyle adjustments — and where relevant, a prescribed Ocinium skincare routine. Reviewed and refined as you progress.
